BUCK TROUT ~ Oncorynchus bambii

HABITAT:  Locally common in high, woodsy streams of North Idaho, near St. Maries by not too far from Bastard’s Bend.

BEHAVIOR:  Seemingly docile but capable of spectacular leaps; often appears in groups at dusk.

PREFERRED FLY:  Vegetarian Bucktail
